CEWE is a photo service with production in Europe. They have retail partners through out Europe and I use two of the Swedish ones: JapanPhoto (most of the time) and Elgiganten (sometimes) to make my photo products: coasters, note books, photos etc.

Crimson is a professional photo lab and printing company with production in Sweden. I use these for my square photo prints and photo jewellery. They have the Nordic Ecolabel "Svanen" ("The Swan").

If you have a paypal account just follow the instructions as usual.
To pay with credit card:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping
The item(s) (except made to order and custom, see below) will be sent within 1-2 working days after you've paid. I will send an e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Made to order items and custom orders may take up to 5 working days after you have paid before they're ready to be dispatched.
Note: I will use the address you have given etsy so make sure it is correct!

SHIPPING TIME
International orders may take longer time to arrive but usually around 1-2 weeks. My estimate:
~ 1-2 working days within Sweden
~ 5-7 working days within Europe
~ 8-14 working days the rest of the world

I use Posten AB. Priority shipping, unregistered.
SHIPPING UPGRADE
REK / Registered mail: The package is insured up to 10 000 SEK within Sweden and 2000 SEK (approx $231.35) elsewhere if the package get lost or damaged. To 30+ countries this option has tracking.
It also means there will be a mailing receipt when package is sent and verification when the package has been delivered. Contact me if you want to know more.

CUSTOMS & CUSTOM CHARGES
The package might be delayed by 6-8 weeks due to customs. It rarely happens but I want you to be aware that it might.

Frequently asked questions
How are the items packaged?
Jewellery items will come in a small white box with white ribbon or an organza bag, it is stated in the listing. Bookmarks and notebooks are wrapped in silk paper. If you pick gift wrapping it will come wrapped with string and tag, you can see sample pictures in the listings.
I try to reuse bubble bags to be more eco-friendly, if your bubble bag is reused you will be able to see REUSED on the bubble bag when it arrives. I also use new bubble bags, they will not have a marking. Notebooks are always sent in reused cardboards.
Gift wrapping
For some extra money you can get your item wrapped with string and tag (see sample pictures in listing), if it's for a special occasion please write what occasion in "note to seller" and I will try to make the wrapping fit the occasion.
Repair service
Life is full of adventure and sometimes shit happens and jewellery break, I therefore give all my customers the option to contact me (with photos) if their jewellery gets broken. If I can fix it I will let you know and the only thing you need to pay is postage back and forth, no extra charge!
This applies no matter how long ago you bought jewellery from Caja Creations.
